Missed Call Report (Bad Points)

*Effective Immediately 08/01/2024

You will be penalized 0.25 Bad Points per missed call during our regular Daily Missed Call Reports.

These Bad Points will accumulate for the respective month and count towards your Monthly Report totals.

As a reminder:

• Missed Calls received between 9am-6pm must be cleared same day
• Missed Calls received before 9am must be cleared same day
• Missed Calls received after 6pm must be cleared by 6pm following day
