Please be advised

The initial outreach call must be attempted for all New or Reassigned Members by the newly assigned CM no later than 2 Business Days from the timestamp of the 'Member Reassigned' note found within the respective member's Carepatron documentation.

Failure to attempt contact within the appropriate time frame may result in a penalty of 1.5 BP per member.
