Remove Background Noise via RingCentral Apps

To ensure quality of all calls:
It is important and mandatory to turn on 'Remove Background Noise' in the settings of your RingCentral desktop and mobile apps.

For Desktop:
At the bottom left click Settings. Select Audio and under Input, you will see "Remove my background noise" please turn on.

For Mobile:
Click your initials at the Top-Left. Under Settings category select Phone. Under General Category, select "Background noise reduction". Turn on.
